Born in France in 1993, Johanna Olk grews up with her feet in the sand and her head in the clouds. In a place where the sky is gray, white sometimes and the roofs are covered by dark slates. Raw landscapes and genuine people. We can feel those influences in the young artist’s work. She creates graphic images in fine lines, playing with simplicity and the everyday life’s melancholy.
Nowadays she lives quietly in Guéthary in the South West of France where she divides her days between walks at the beach, illustrations, painting and graphic design.
