Spanish artist VICTOR PACHECO , also known as KOB , began painting graffiti in 1999 in his hometown Puerto de la Cruz , Tenerife , Spain . He dedicated the last years to urban art, sculptures and installations. His work contains a large repertoire of sureeal scenes, invented animals and vegetation or just things that are a conglomerte of different species. EMMANUEL JARUS  was born in 1992 in Regina , Saskatchewan . In his works, the subject matter for his pieces are figures and portraits that are often caught in thoughts and meant to look not photorealistic but living and lifelike. His spray paint techniques are his modern adaptations of classical oil painting technique. JARUS  concentrates  on color and face compositions that match the walls and surroundings he paints upon. His pieces can be spotted on the walls of the cities in Canada, The United States, and Mexico. The Canadian street artist was given a super-sized wall in Gothenburg to express his creativity. The end-result is entitled “ Looking Back ”. Throughout his 24 year career of painting murals, MATTHEW WILLEY   has brought original beauty to walls of homes and businesses throughout the US. Mural painting has been the base of his work throughout his career, but he also creates works on canvas, has written four screenplays and co-founded an educational company. He is the founder of The Good of the Hive  Initiative, and has committed to personally paint 50,000 honeybees – the number necessary for a healthy, thriving hive – in murals around the world. Last year, street artist PENAO found a way to embelish, if we could say so, a decayed building in Poblenou , Barcelona , Spain . The artist exploited windows and holes in the side of an abandoned building to create a maniacal face. The mural is part of the  MURS LLIURES  project that helps pair artists with available urban spaces for the creation of public art. Charles Leval , also known as LEVALET , is a street artist born in 1988 in Epinal , France . He grew up in Gouadeloupe where he first gets in contact with the urban culture and plastic arts. His works represent drawings and installations, altogether. His characters interact with the architecture and they are depicted in, sometimes, absurd situations. “Architecture supports my work. Then I work on staging the artwork with photographs. Photography allows me to play with the point of view and to intensify the “window-dressing” dimension of my work. Photography also allows me to create a dramatisation within the dramatisation by a including passer-by or other elements,” confesses the artist. ODEITH is a Portugal stret artist born in ’76. His first experiences were sketched on street walls and train tracks and so the passion he had always shown for drawing had a newly found purpose and began evolving. The artist showed a special interest in perspective and shading, in an obscure style, which he later called “sombre 3D”. In 2005, ODEITH was internationally recognized for his groundbreaking incursions in the anamorphic art field. His compositions are a mixture of illusion and forced perspective. SPAIK is a Mexican folkloric muralist who participated in BLOOP FESTIVAL in Ibiza . “ Art is for Everybody ” is Bloop’s motto and, thus, it invites artists to create works all over this town. This year’s theme is “ No Fear ”.
