Tattoo artist Stephan Negur, from Novorossiysk, with current residence in Saint Petersburg, Russia, inspires fear and terror through his art work by designing 3D skulls imprinted on skin.
The used shades are borrowed from a grayscale pallete, other hues that are definitory for his technique are met by reds and blues. With a finishing touch of fluorescent colours the tattoo assumes with a glowing effect.
